Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Starter and Pro are billed monthly; cancel with one click in your account settings. You keep your data and your tracked companies when you cancel — your account just drops to Free.
How does the 150-company Pro limit work? Can I rotate companies in and out?
Yes. You can swap any tracked company for a new one at any time. The new company starts capturing the day you add it; we don't backfill history for swapped-in names. If you regularly need to rotate beyond 150 names, Enterprise (unlimited) is usually the better fit.
What signal types are live today?
News with sentiment, Reddit social mentions, hiring / job postings, public-peer market data (price, cap, 30-day return), website + reviews tracking, OSINT baseline, executive moves, funding rounds, and a unified change feed. On Pro you also get the relationship graph, supply-chain criticality, and Discover.

Is there an SLA on Enterprise?
99.9% uptime, with a 24-hour response SLA on Severity-1 incidents. Specific SLAs are negotiated per contract for higher tiers; ask us if your team needs something stricter.
